Founder & CEO, Yonro Co., Ltd.

Founder direct: han@yonro.co.jp
  • 2018 — PhD in Agriculture, Iwate University (国立大学法人 岩手大学), Japan.
  • April 2019 – March 2021 — Researcher, Hirosaki University (国立大学法人 弘前大学), Aomori, Japan. Long-term residence in the Tohoku region underpins Yonro’s Hirosaki headquarters and the regional-revitalization narrative.
  • 2021–2022 — Founded and operated a custom GPU compute infrastructure business: designed, assembled, and ran 24/7 multi-GPU NVIDIA accelerator clusters, gaining hands-on experience with multi-card thermal and power optimization, large-scale CUDA workload orchestration, and hardware sourcing for server-class NVIDIA GPUs. That familiarity with NVIDIA hardware economics directly informs Cortex3D’s inference cost model and provider-selection strategy.
  • May 2021 – present — Founder & CEO, Yonro Co., Ltd.

Operating model — "Founder + AI orchestration infrastructure"

Yonro is intentionally not described as a "solo developer" company. It operates through an AI-native development workflow system that significantly amplifies engineering throughput through autonomous orchestration and multi-agent execution. The structure is best summarized as founder + AI orchestration infrastructure: the human founder sets strategy, owns architecture and compliance decisions, and serves as the accountable operator; the day-to-day engineering throughput — code generation, test authoring, refactoring, deployment orchestration, cross-project coordination, and continuous documentation — runs on DevFlow, the in-house workflow OS.
